Can I return my product?
Our personalized wall tapestries are made to order especially for you. For this reason, it is not possible to exchange or return these wall hangings.
What should I do if my products arrived damaged?
We do our best to ensure all our products arrive safely by packing them properly.
If something is damaged, please send an email to info@woel.store with your details, order number, and photos of the product and packaging. We will then ensure you receive a new product free of charge and as soon as possible.
Will I get a refund if I return a damaged product?
Once we have received the damaged product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used to make the purchase.
If this is the case, we will send you a return label so you can return the package at no cost. Upon receipt of the return package, we will refund the purchase amount to you (including the initial shipping costs you paid when placing your order).
